Hi there, I am violia at the AO3 and violia_ on Twitter! Thank you for writing for me! I am so excited to read your story, and I hope you have a great exchange experience!
This letter is intended to outline my general likes and dislikes, as well as provide potential prompts or inspiration for you. I've written why I like characters/ships/canons, as well as some potential prompts and ideas. Please feel free to use or not use these as you wish. If you'd prefer, you could just read my DNWs and write from there. Or, if you already have an idea you've been wanting to write for these fandoms, and it doesn't go against my DNWs, then go for it!
If there’s only one thing you want to know about me, please let it be this: I will love any fic if it is driven by strong and considered characterisations and relationships.
Feel free to mix/combine any of my likes or prompts below. If I write more prompts for some pairings and fandoms than others, please don't read into this as me preferring one over the other. Sometimes I can think of many ideas/prompts to write down in these letters, and other times I struggle to think of any at all.

Here is a whole bunch of kinky shit I enjoy reading, as long as all the characters are enjoying it (even if they may be pretending not to, as a part of roleplay/power dynamics play). I'm totally fine with dubcon: from no explicit consent, to like, "character A started out not liking it but they are enjoying it by the end", and everything in between. Just no noncon please (which I define as a character feeling unhappy and not enjoying the sex at all, for the entire fic).

Request 1: BlacKkKlansman (2018)
Characters: Ron Stallworth, Flip Zimmerman

• This film is so fantastic and one of my favourites. These two characters in particular are just, So Good. I love how they start off as coworkers then begrudgingly become friends through their shared experiences. I’d love to read anything that explores their friendship and unique dynamic together.


• I don’t mind if you want to include side characters in the story. Jimmy’s character especially was a standout to me.


• “Missing scene” fic - I would love to read about the moments and scenes we didn’t get to see in the film. They would have had to have a lot of conversations and meetings at work in the preparation and process of their shared investigation - what were they like? How did they move from coworkers to friends? (Maybe to something more?)


• Post-film fic - what happens after the film ends? How does their friendship/relationship develop after the events of the film? Do they both continue in their jobs? Does one or both of them get promoted? Do they start hanging out more and more, spending more time together? What are their shared interests?


• I would love, love, LOVE to read the “and there was only one bed!!!!!” trope for these two.


• I know nothing about Colorado except that it’s apparently very beautiful with lots of scenery and mountains and hiking. Perhaps the boys decide to go away for a small trip together? Hiking? Fishing? If you have any knowledge about the location I would love to read about it!

Request 2: Saturday Night Live RPF
Characters: Michael Che, Colin Jost

• I just adore the dynamic between these two. They’ve been friends for a really long time now and I love how they’re both constantly trying to make each other laugh. I would love to read anything that explores their wonderful friendship and dynamic!


• Che and Colin are known to give each other gifts for their birthdays, Christmas etc. I would love to read about them giving gifts to each other. Maybe for their birthdays this past year. Or, it’s the Christmas season which I’m fairly certain they both celebrate - what Christmas gifts did they get each other? Or maybe they just start giving gifts to each other for more and more reasons, beyond just birthdays - what gifts? Why?


• They have said that once they both went to get iPhones together. I don’t know why they had to go together, but it made me think - what other things do they go and do together that might seem a bit odd or funny or fondly codependent?


• They spend so much time together. so. much. time. And they somehow don’t get sick of each other (mostly). Would love to read about how they know each other so deeply, or how interwoven their lives are together. Or perhaps there is a moment where they start to get annoyed with each other - how do they resolve it?


• The lie detector test video is so top-tier for so many reasons. But there’s one section where Che asks Colin if he ever appears in Colin’s dreams. Colin says yes, but “I don’t remember any other dreams”… the lie detector machine goes crazy… what were those other dreams?


• Also inspired by the legendary lie detector video: what happens if Colin and Che have to share a room together, for whatever reason? Short-term or long-term?


• Che plays nonchalant and unbothered very well and I know that’s part of his personality. But I would love to read about a time where he did need to get serious with Colin about something - a serious conversation, a confession, perhaps reaching out and asking for support/being vulnerable, or needing to step up and support Colin in some way.


• I don’t know if you’ve seen the video of when Colin and Che were at Wrestlemania and they’re hiding under the ring while there’s a fight going on and Che keeps grabbing at Colin and holding onto him… I am very interested in reading about any situation where Che touches Colin or vice versa


• Che and Colin being best friend goals/couple goals and not even realising it???

Request 3: TwoSet Violin (Musical Duo) RPF
Characters: Eddy Chen, Brett Yang

• One thing I love about Brett and Eddy is the strength and longevity of their friendship and how they turned it into a working partnership without losing that friendship at all. I would love to read anything about them being best friends, showing their love and care for each other, learning how to navigate a business together, etc.


• One of Brett and Eddy’s biggest staples in bubble tea. Do they go and get bubble tea together? Five times Brett surprised Eddy with bubble tea, and one time he didn’t have to, because Eddy beat him to it?


• Brett and Eddy spent quite a while in Singapore in 2020/2021. Aside from making videos, what did they do there? How did they fare living together in another country? If you know anything about living in Singapore and want to write about it, please feel free!


• (Also, I know Brett got really sick in 2020 while they were in Singapore. I’m not interested in speculating or reading about what he was sick with, out of respect for him. I hope you understand. I’m happy if you could just avoid/ignore this, pretend it didn’t happen, or just gloss over it. He seems to be doing a lot better now, which makes me really happy.)


• As you can see I’m interested in reading about Brett and Eddy in the places they’ve been to/lived in. If you know anything about Taiwan, where they were born and where they’ve spent a lot of time, I’d love to read about it! Or any places they went to on tour in previous years - what did they get up to before/after their shows? Where did they go? How was tour life?
